Don Conner won six straight USF2000 championships – 2010, and from 2012 to 2017 – managing data, engineering and coaching for Cape Motorsports. He also helped engineer Kyle Kirkwood to the 2017 F4 US Championship Powered by Honda title. In late 2017, they formed DC Autosport with Cape Motorsports and contested the F4 US Championship Powered by Honda from 2018 through 2021, capturing the 2018 championship title with Dakota Dickerson. DC Autosport will contest its third season in USF Juniors in 2024.

EA operates teams in the USF Pro Championships Presented by Continental Tire in USF Juniors Presented by Continental Tire, USF2000 Presented by Continental Tire and USF Pro 2000 Presented by Continental Tire to develop young racers for advancement up their internal ladder system. Exclusive Autosport’s drivers have secured numerous championships, race wins, podium finishes and pole positions, as well as Rookie of the Year awards. The Jay Howard Driver Development (JHDD) team was set up with a focus of providing the very best race team in the junior ranks of open wheel racing. Fielding cars in the major American open-wheel development series, Jay is giving back to the sport he dearly loves, teaching his drivers the secrets of winning races, championships and being leaders. Having achieved much success in his career, passing this experience onto his drivers and watching them develop is a passion of Jay’s.
 
Jay has worked hard to put the best people around him and his program, from ex-F1/IndyCar engineers and mechanics, to the latest technology and software to separate JHDD from the rest. Jay has purposely left no stone unturned with his team’s preparation in order to best prepare his drivers both short term and long term. No matter what the drivers’ goals are, JHDD delivers.

Pole Position Motorsports, based in Miami Fl., is a successful national champion kart racing team making the move for their open-wheel program from the F4 US Championship to USF2000 Juniors Presented by Continental Tire, providing a stepping stone for karting drivers to open-wheel. The team specializes in driver development and have a complete program available from testing to championship racing.

 

Ram Racing will expand its current motorsports operation to a two-car squad in USF Juniors Presented by Continental Tire in 2024. The team is best known for its success in NACAM Formula 4 competition claiming five championships. Headquartered at MSR Houston, Ram Racing was founded by team owner Jose Antonio Ramos in 1996. Alongside business partner Jean Paul Mansur, Ramos and Ram Racing will continue to contest NACAM Formula 4 as it begins its journey on the first step of the USF Pro Championships ladder.

Team Tonis will be joining the USF Juniors series for 2024. Team Tonis Owner Tonis Kasemets has an extensive racing background in Europe and the U.S., participating in the Toyota Atlantic Series, Champ Car and the 24 Hours of Daytona. His technical expertise from building cars, fabrication and chassis setup is second to none. Based out of Lakemoor, Ill., the full-service shop will handle all aspects of car support.

Team Tonis drivers will be Jackson Tovo and Enzo Tovo, who will be making the move from karts and F1600 to the USF Junior series.

VRD Racing, headquartered in Dawsonville, GA, at Atlanta Motorsports Park, is known for its dedication to nurturing young talent in motorsports. VRD has a strong presence in various junior racing series, including the USF Championships, GB3, and GB4, demonstrating a consistent record of success.

Zanella Racing is an Orlando, Florida based motorsports operation that is focused on driver development. Established in 2012 and run by Jose and Jessica Zanella, the team has been a leading force in competitive kart racing for over a decade, winning races and championships in Florida and beyond. In 2024, Zanella Racing expanded into open-wheel formula car racing and the USF Pro Championships Presented by Continental Tire and will run a stable of cars in the USF Juniors program. This program is designed to provide a clear ladder of coaching and development for racers wishing to move from karting all the way to INDYCAR.
