ORLANDO, Fla. — Zanella Racing returns to action this weekend at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course for Rounds 10 and 11 of the 2026 USF Juniors Presented by Continental Tire season. The event takes place over the Fourth of July weekend, July 2–5, and marks the start of the second half of the 16-round championship — setting the stage for a fast-paced run to the title in the back half of the year.

The team brings its full seven-car lineup to Lexington, Ohio, fielding Olivier Mrak, Victor Couto, Max Mokarem, Maddie Colleran, Leonardo Serravalle, Jared Oselka and Grant Mitchell. Three of those drivers — Mrak, Mokarem and Couto — arrive at Mid-Ohio sitting inside the top-five of the championship standings, giving Zanella Racing a strong foothold in the title fight as the season crosses its halfway point. Serravalle, Mitchell and Colleran are returning to USF Juniors after taking part in the Road America race weekend in USF2000, gaining valuable experiences in faster machinery.

The team arrives with momentum following a standout weekend at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, where Couto and Mrak combined for multiple podium finishes across the three-race event. That performance underscored the depth and pace Zanella Racing has developed throughout the 2026 campaign, and the team will look to carry that consistency into the Mid-Ohio double-header.

Entering the weekend, Zanella Racing is looking towards their preparation and experience across a large driver lineup to be a distinct advantage over a busy race weekend. With six races remaining after this weekend, every point earned at Mid-Ohio will carry added weight in what promises to be a competitive championship fight down the stretch.

Team owner Jose Zanella is energized heading into the event. “We’re coming into Mid-Ohio with a lot of confidence after what we showed at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. Olivier, Victor, and Max are all in a great position in the championship, and we want to leave this weekend with all three of them still firmly in contention. At the same time, every driver on our roster has been developing well, and we expect strong results across the whole lineup. Mid-Ohio is a great track and the Fourth of July weekend makes it even more exciting. We’re ready to go.”
